Terms & Conditions – Wardside Care Home Facebook Competition

1. The promoter is Wardside Care Home ("we/us"), contactable via our Facebook page.

2. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Wardside Care Home and their immediate families.

3. To enter, participants must: follow the Wardside Care Home Facebook page, like the competition post, and comment naming who they would take for lunch.

4. Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. The competition opens on 26 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 27 July 2026. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.

6. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and announced on our Facebook page within 7 days of the closing date.

7. The prize is lunch for two at The Coorie Inn, Perthshire. The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.

8. The prize must be redeemed within [3 months] of the winner being notified. Booking is subject to availability at The Coorie Inn.

9. The winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected.

10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta. By entering, participants release Facebook/Meta from any liability and acknowledge that the competition is run solely by Wardside Care Home.

11. Personal data submitted will be used only to administer the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

12. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or that we deem inappropriate.
