Here at Wardside House we’ve never had staff leave after a year. Most have been with us us for 6 or 7 years some even 30 yrs! Care staff our the lifeblood of a care home and consistency is key to the service level we offer. It may surprise you that we have more staff than residents. We like to look after ours… and yours.
